The new Metropolitan Dance Center is conveniently located at 2111 Summer Street in Stamford, Ct. at the Ridgeway Shopping Plaza. Easy access by escalator or elevator to our second floor location and lots of available parking in the Ridgeway Plaza.

The Metropolitan Dance Center can be easily accessed from both Interstate 95 and the Merritt Parkway:

 From Interstate 95 (North & South):

 1. Take the Atlantic Street Exit from Interstate 95 (Exit 8 if you are driving North, Exit 7 if you are driving South).

 2. If you took Exit 8, make a left onto Atlantic Street.
     If you took Exit 7, make a right onto Atlantic Street

 3. Atlantic Street will take you through the downtown business district of Stamford. You will reach an intersection at Atlantic
    and Broad   Street. (The Fergusson Library will be on your left). Continue straight ahead. At this point, Atlantic Street
    will turn into Bedford Street and will be a three lane one way street.

 4. Stay in the extreme left hand lane and take Bedford Street to Sixth Street.

 5. Turn left onto Sixth Street.

 6. A small parking lot belonging to the shopping center will come up on your left. There is also metered parking on the street.

 7. Walk to the corner of Sixth Street and Summer Street and turn right. The entrance to the second floor will be next to
     Washington Mutual Bank.

 From The Merritt Parkway:

1. Whether driving North or South, take Exit 34 Long Ridge Road.

2. Take Long Ridge Road heading to the downtown business district.

3. Long Ridge Road will take you directly to Summer Street, a three lane one way street.

4. Ridgeway Plaza will come up on your left hand side.

5. You may park in the main lot in the front of the center, or continue on Summer Street to Fifth Street. 
    Make a left on Fifth Street, then a left on Bedford Street, and follow steps 5 through 7 above.
