The Metropolitan Dance Center offers a certified and complete program of dance figures and techniques by the Dance Vision International Dancers Association (DVIDA), a recognized syllabus by the National Dance Council of America.

The teaching system used by The Metropolitan Dance Center’s certified instructors shows a logical progression of learning. Teaching charts map a student’s progress from the very first lesson to the most advanced level chosen by the student. The curriculum is offered in both private and group class instruction.
