The Metropolitan Dance Center was conceived and developed by John DePalma & Steven Dougherty, two well known individuals in the ballroom community.

The owners and their highly qualified staff of certified instructors are dedicated to bringing the fun, excitement and healthy benefits of social dance instruction to the Stamford community and lower Fairfield County.
